POSITION:              Restorative Justice Specialist

REPORTS TO:          Principal

 

NATURE OF WORK

The Restorative Justice Specialist plays a vital role in implementing and facilitating disciplinary intervention steps and work to meet PBIS goals. As a result, the duties of the Restorative Justice Specialist will include directly supporting:

- Student behavior and academic challenges

- Minimizing the need for out of school suspensions

As a result, this position will address areas that may affect the social-emotional behavior of students. 

Additionally, this role will also require applicants to obtain their CDL bus license to drive a school bus on an as needed basis for the school site.

EVALUATION

Performance in this position will be evaluated regularly by the supervisor in accordance with Board Policy.
